I got two big raw jackfruits and ventured to make the most favourite of all snacks.
Oh Boy, it’s simply time consuming! But gives much satisfaction when completed.
Now ready for a family get-together in Florida with something the kids love.

this is my most favorite of all time.. but it been years I did not have them since I live in a place where I do not get jack fruit….
I used to get irritated whenever a BIG jack fruit comes home.. Because I had to spend hours helping my mother to finish the work… but as you said, the satisfaction is undefinable…
