
Active day. Did most of the 16 challenge areas. Didn’t work on my book, but did a book review and posted here, on Facebook, whatsapp group and on amazon review.
Burned 1086 calories in Apple Watch monitored activities of yoga, floor cleaning, land swimming and indoor walk. This is against target of 700 calories.
Washing is only dinner plates, but managed to do that in spite of my wife refusing to allow me the work.
Calling friends included college time good friend, but incommunicado for ten years. Priceless!
Great idea! I’m going to make a similar checklist. Cool to see someone else doing intermittent fasting. My fiancée and I have been experimenting with that as well during the lockdown. What sort of schedule have you found works best for you?

Yes it’s working for me.
As for intermittent fasting I do 17 to 18 hours. After my dinner at 7.30 next meal is lunch at about 1.30 pm next day. I have only water in between, no black coffee nothing.
By the way I have a small whatsapp group where we share experiences and news on Intermittent Fasting. It’s a broadcast group and individual privacy is kept and only I have a global view.
